The Demo Track Info Page.

We thought it might be a good idea to post some of the midi parts for the demos so folks can see exactly what was going on for the demo performances. The patch names will open the video demo in a new window and start exactly where that sound begins. Look for more of these in the future.

Patch "008: Maud U Lahrs" for the OB-6. This sound uses the arpeggio and the LFO to create the pattern you are hearing. The LFO is doing the downward pitch sweep and LFO Sync is on. I think it's set to 2 something. The Arp is set to 16ths so you get things moving at different speeds. This patch reminds me of a looping modular sequencer. The Aftertouch (Middle Lane) does 2 strong sweeps after the stupid stutter edit that starts it off. It's pointed at the Filter Mode. The Modwheel (Bottom Lane) only happens twice. It is hitting VCO 1 and the Filter Cutoff using the Reverse Saw Shape.

Patch "056: Tranquilead" for the OB-6. One of the smoothest leads in the collection. Bright, but not overly so. We've got 4 controller lanes in total here. Velocity (Top Lane), Pitchbend (2nd Lane), Aftertouch (3rd Lane) and the MW (Bottom Lane). Aftertouch is the star here, it's adding the vibrato and also increasing the Amp and the Filter Cutoff.

Patch "078: Hardened Funk" for the OB-6. This is a heavy resonant lead or bass that uses the osc sync function for some extra grit. Velocity is modulating the Filter Envelope and it can get pretty snappy depending on the velocities used.  We've got 4 Controller Lanes again for this demo. Velocity (Top Lane), Pitchbend (2nd Lane), Aftertouch (3rd Lane) and the MW (Bottom Lane). The MW jumps up in the middle section where the higher notes come in. I love the sound here. At the end we added all 3 controllers, Pitchbend, Aftertouch and the MW.
